Writes well, but there is a barcode etched on the pen’s side (see pic I included).

I like to buy cheap fountain pens and this one seems to write as well as the better JinHao pens. It feeds well and looks great except for the stupid bar code that is etched in white on the side of the barrel. People buying fountain pens are going to care about appearance and this mars the finish of an otherwise good pen.The gift box is very cheap. It looks nice, but is just cheap cardboard with some textured paper adhered to the side. Mine started peeling off after a few weeks.

Wow is this a beautiful pen. It may be red enamel but that and gold trim makes it sharp. I'm gonna buy all 3. $7-$10 and as nice as a $39 pen.

Love this pen!! It writes beautifully! Unlike other pens I have that seem to take forever to get the ink flow to start this one flows easy after every cartridge change without effort. I use this one everyday. I’ve had people remark about my fancy pen! I love it!

Very nice pen. I bought this pen. The Parker replaceable fountain pen ink cartridges will not fit this pen.

I bought this pen on Friday in blue and it doesn’t work. Mine also has a barcode on the side but it doesn’t bother me. I gave one star because amazon won’t let me leave 0 stars 🙄
