rugged
This as advertised is a rugged little mining platform, i wouldnt reccomend it for only periphials but i do have a couple attached and they work too. works great and a reset switcch is on the3 side

Stick mining necessity
Got it to run my Gekkoscience miners. Plenty of power so far. I'm running one 2pac at 200Mh and 3 Newpacs at 400Mh each. All cooled with two USB fans. Runs without a hiccup. I plan to add two more Newpacs eventually and add a more powerful brick. Make sure you plug it into a USB-2 port. Initally I had problems but realized I had plugged it into a USB-3 port on my computer. When I switched it to a USB-2, all problems went away and it's making a steady little income now.

LOOK ELSEWHWRE FOR HD USB HUB!!!!
Very well made and provides ample power to to my USB miners that are all overclocked, but not outrageously so, i had adequate cooling/ventilation on them constantly, but unfortunately the hub just crapped out on me. For an "industrial" 10 port usb hub it sure didnt hold up to its name. Of course the warranty is expired so im just SOL.

It worked
This is the third hub I got. It is the only one that worked for me to plug my keyboard and mouse in without connection issues.

deceiving...
despite the pictures showing BLUE usb ports. without reading you would assume, COOL! usb 3.0 hub! well.. it is NOT a usb 3.0 hub. in fact i could barely call it a USB 2.0 hub. i only got about 1/2 the speed one should get with a proper 2.0 hub. (tested with a drive i get 1.2gbps on a 3.1 port directly.) and only got a whopping 37mbps. if your buying this for mass engest station... DON'T. it has a decent power supply but chances are any smart devices such as phones etc. use a smart chip, Qsmart or other qualcomm device that talks to chargers. this will NOT charge those devices at full power. they will only charge at 500ma making it useless as a mass charging station...so the only advantage it has really is the solid build and easy mounting. otherwise 1 star...
