I love this product! It is easy to assemble and use! It makes your life so much easier!It is good quality and very powerful. Very impressed with the performance of this steamer. It heated up quickly and accurately and moved smoothly across all our fabrics on test. The steam boost was easy to use too, and its water tank lasted. So easy and safe, I ve managed to iron with one hand. Highly recommended, finally I am very pleased with the purchase. Worth the price!

I kept it because it works well, it is reasonably comfortable to use and refreshes clothes well. It’s not the beat iron I have seen/used in my life. I also use an additional powerful steam iron with a board. With both well it helps keeping all the clothes and bed linen crease-free. In a nutshell, this vertical one is not as powerful as my normal one. It doesn’t have a support that helps ironing shirt or trousers. It needs a hard board behind the net. Sometimes it leaks. It comes with a weak/rubbish glove. You will need a better one, I don’t know where to find that either. In other words, I dreamt with the ones I have seen in high quality shops in the high street and I have seen people using them fixing a garment in no time. This was disappointing… I had very high hopes. It helps… yes, a little bit. But it’s not super efficient as an ironing method. There are more powerful and better methods in the market. It is also very plasticky, toy like. I probably should have returned it. I tried different times, I really wanted it to work. I thought it was me not getting used to it. Now I am better at the but the machine itself can only offer a poor performance. I must say, I like clothes being well ironed. I love having everything ironed in the house.

Very good product, received one month ago and used it for very fes good times. It's really easy to use it and does a good job on ironing specially if you have a long dress, curtains, t-shirts, shirts. Since I got the steamer I'm not using anymore the iron. I really recommend to have it in your house.
