Effective in easing congestion
This aroma rub is effective and contains organic ingredients.I apply before bed on my son's chest, back, and bottoms of his feet (use socks!). It clears his congestion for most of the night. He likes the smell (eucalyptus) and asks me to put it on under his nose! I don't like the smell but it is not bothersome.I've also used it on myself. It does seem to help but doesn't seem to last as long on me.I've used on my baby daughter. I believe instructions recommend use on 6 months or older so I just applied the ointment to her clothing. Probably not as effective but seemed to work.I chose this remedy as I read a recent study that indicated "vapor" rubs do help with cold symptoms.

Goodbye albuterol!
Been using this since my kid was 3. Wish I had it sooner. I apply to chest before bed when he's coughing, and 9 times out of 10, in 20-60 minutes, he's no longer coughing. ' 1 jar lasts me about a year. Worth every penny
