Thought it was awesome until i dropped (not slammed) the bag and one of the inner sand bags busted open....the second time i used it :(The outer bag is so far in great condition- the handles are tough and the bag is a tough material. The Velcro on the inner bags seems very tough as well- but the seams of the inner bags are weak. They were filled to exactly 20 lbs as recommended and it was only the second time i used the bag since purchasing it.I thought it was an Amazon winner to compete with the Brute Force bag, but right now i don’t think it can.EDIT: The same day i posted this review originally, I also contacted the company that made it. The owner was quick to respond and extremely apologetic. A couple of emails later he assured me that it was a bad run of bags from their manufacturer and that new inner bags were in the mail to me at no cost. I’ve used the new bags twice now and so far they’ve held up great!

At first glance I thought this would be a good bag. I’ve had it just two months now and the stitching in the handles is ripping lose. I’ve been trying to reach someone about warranty but cannot find a phone number and the online “form” is not working. FrustratedUpdated 12/13/19I did finally get in touch with the owner on FB Messenger and he was very kind and apologized for the troubles I had with their website and said he appreciated the feedback so he can improve the process. He immediately sent out a replacement bag and said if I have any problems with the new bag to let him know.Appreciated the customer service once I got in touch via Messenger.

UPDATE! I contacted the seller and he refunded the purchase immediately. There are no more bags in stock, and they are updating the design. Excellent customer service!!Like most people, we were looking for something to be able to work out while at home. We've seen good reviews for products like this. We received the bags on April 15 and filled them with sand the next day, easy enough. We've used the bag since April 16, approximately 3-4 times a week. We noticed that the outer bag was starting to tear at both ends a week ago, and since then, one end has almost ripped on the entire seam. We use these as intended and aren't overly rough with the bags. Poor design if the outer bag rips so quickly.

UPDATE: The seller responded immediately and made it right ... right away. He was honest and prompt as to the failure and will be sending a replacement bag as well as an additional perk. Thank you!The stitching is NOT designed for the bag's intended use. Very poorly built. Stitching came loose and separated on the external bag AND the internal sand bag ... with VERY little use. Disappointing. I m hopeful the reviews I read about the customer service and quick easy replacement are accurate.

This bag is tough and sturdy. It comes with inner bags to stuff with sand and they have a great thick Velcro seal. I have mine stuffed up with playground sand and I was concerned that the straps/grips may not hold up to the weight but they are very very sturdy in their stitching and have held up just fine. I love being able to pick the bag up and toss it and know that its going to stand up to the beating of a regular workout. The dimensions seem perfect and the number of grips seem perfect. I was looking for a kettlebell originally but this has been a fine solution to having a workout device that I can keep by the tv and use during commercial breaks. There isn't anything that I would say needs improving upon. Sturdiness was my main requirement and this has it in spades. I would recommend to anyone.

Update: Customer Service reached out and offered to replace or refund. Really awesome to see a company willing to do that. Hopefully the new bag holds up!Original Review: After my first real workout with it the seams split. While doing "ground-to-shoulders" the top seam split from the force of it going over my shoulder after 20 reps. I live in an apartment so i havent dropped it on the ground at all.

Used only three times with 50 lbs of sand and seams were already starting to break open near handlesEDIT: E-mailed the owner via company website regarding the situation and he quickly responded and offered a refund stating they are working on redesigning the bags for more durability. Excellent customer service!

Outer bag material and handles arei very good quality for price. Filler bags break at the seams pretty easily. Solution is to wrap with entirely duct tape. If you buy 5 at a time they're $40 each - so worth the price
