Love this stuff. I take it just to take to give me energy through my day. I have been taking them steady for over five years and I rely on them a lot. I was diagnosed with ms six years ago and these came into my life and helped me get up better everyday. It's not a diet pill to me as in I need to loose weight but the key to them working great is takeing them in the morning with your coffee. Also they don't have a crash effect at all. They really make you get up and keep you going;) they rock

I could tell a difference in a week

When taken properly it helps curb appetite. It doesn't keep you from eating but you don't eat as much and don't have cravings as before. Highly recommend but as with anything you put in your body, you should consult your doctor if you take other medications to ensure it doesn't interfere with them. Have lost 15 pounds over a couple months which is fine with me. Fast weight loss is not ever recommended.

I had to stop taking these pills. I had no idea they would get me so dizzy for 4 hours, cause of the caffeine.

I bought these and they did help for a couple of days with cravings. But I started throwing up from them and developed a rash. Every time I see them I start itching.
