Q: Does it fit when the table is folded down?

This cover fits the table when it is folded up/closed/for storage (as pictured) -- it does not fit the flat open table (open = set up to play)

Q: Does it fit indoor\outdoor stiga tabke?

I have a prince ping pong table and it doesnt zip closed

Q: My Stiga table is 62" wide including corner protectors. Dimensions of the cover say 60" max. Is there any "play" allowing it to fit my table?

I suggest you look at the reviews on Amazon as some identify brand and model of table from which you can identify width. My review of Oct 1, 2018 indicates my table is 61” wide and the cover has room to spare. I included a photo in that review so you can eyeball it, too. I personally think you’ll be fine covering 62”.
