These vitamins work!!! I mean I have taken other Biotin brands before but these are far out the BEST in 30 days I saw my hair and nails growing which made me subscribe and then I stopped the subscription after receiving 3 bottles. But they work really good!I made this purchase back on Oct 30th they were suppose to arrive on Nov 1st well today is Nov 8th. Messed up my regimen but I will purchase again just from a different seller.

I stumbled upon & bought these because they are labeled organic & I am quite picky about this when it comes to any supplements I take (another brand I had been taking was labeled non-GMO but not organic). These worked ok, but I can't say these worked any better than the other brand that I had been using. I didn't see any vast improvements over my other brand, but didn't see any steps backwards either.They are small enough to swallow easily, had no funky smell or after-/taste. The other brand I was taking was a single capsule daily.... these are two capsules daily. So, if you are taking other supplements throughout the day (& don't want to add any more to your regimen), this is something to consider.Overall, a good product to get started on, but if you have been on a Biotin supplement for a while, this might not be your choice for maintenance.

Wow, this really works. Not sure why but my hair was really thinning out and a lot was coming out on my hairbrush. After taking these vitamins for several weeks, I barely notice any hair on my brush. And I have to trim my fingernails a lot more frequently as well now. I love that these vitamins are in whole food form and not synthetically made. Oh, and I only take 1 per day!
