Great buy!
I used these lights to replace the ballast florescent lights in my basement ceiling. Installation was a piece of cake. 1) Turn off the power 2) Buy non shunted tombstones. (Remember these lights are single ended power so you only need one per light) 3) Cut out and dispose of your pain in the butt ballasts 4) hook up your main electric wire to your non shunted tombstone(s) 5) install these led lights and love life again. (Make sure to use the powered end of the light. It’s the one with the label)No more buzzing. No more flickering. No more difficult ballast replacement. Time will tell how long the lights hold up, but we are extremely happy so far.Packaging was great. All lights worked as they should and arrived in proper condition. Lighting is good. The lights are very bright. A great buy.

Very bright, zero RF interference
I'm a Ham radio operator and was concerned about the possibility of RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) from these LED lamps. I was pleased to find that there is absolutely zero observed interference on any of the Ham bands from 160 meters through 10 meters. Very bright and relatively easy to install. I removed the ballasts and rewired the tombstones to get these correctly wired in my existing troffer lights (4-lamps per unit). After figuring out the first fixture, the remaining took about 15 minutes each. Very bright, zero RF Interference. I'm very pleased with these LED fluorescent replacements. I replaced both T8 and T12 lamps no problems. Oh, one negative, two of the lamps were broken in the box when received. The box was undamaged but two lamps in the top layer were broken. I'll contact the seller about a credit.

Work as advertised, bright maybe too bright, with clear tube as received
I bought a case of these to relamp some fluorescent twin lamp fixtures in my work shop with ballasts that had burned out or on their way out, VERY EASY to convert them, only 1 end gets wired 1 pin to pigtail "hot (black)" and the opposite pin to "neutral (white)".I clipped the ballast input wires and wired directly to the "pig tail" you have to pay attention because typically on a ballast conversion , the (2) wires coming from the ballast are red for 1 tube & (2) blue wires for the 2nd tube; where you need to pay attention is to make one side of the bulb holder "hot" with a blue/red pair, and the opposite side "neutral" with the other blue/red pair, so you wind up with say black from pigtail feeding both left clips of the holder, and the white feeding the right clip.It sounds complicated but isn't,Pay attention to description this set has clear tubes, I thought I was ordering frosted, clear is fine for my shop with high ceiling, I'm not sure I'd use the clear tube for inside a house with low ceiling as the LED strip is very visible and would be an bright eye distraction inside a low ceilinged room.Other than that I'd say a big thumbs up for these bulbs.

Lighting up only one side.
These lamps have a single strip of LEDs that project light out only one side. So when using these to replace fluorescent lamps, there is no reflective light that gives the wider distribution like the fixture is designed for. Other than that, clear instructions, easy to do the retro-fit. Very bright. Really lights up the laundry room though a little harsher without the reflected from the back side of the lamp.

So far so good
I have a ton of 4 foot fluorescent tube lights in my house. As the lights and/or ballasts burn out, I've been replacing them with these lights and can't think of any negatives to this approach. I've installed about 12 of these so far, mostly in 2020, and to-date none of them have burned out or had any weird issues like flickering. The areas with LED are just a bit brighter than the areas that haven't been upgraded yet. One thing I was surprised by, is the fluorescent lights turn on faster than the LED's, probably because of the ballasts they're connected to. I found it was much cheaper to upgrade to these than it was to replace ballasts and buy new fluorescent tubes. Plus, in the long run, they use less electricity and generate less heat. There is a bit of electrical wiring required to convert from fluorescent to LED, I found easy to DIY. You need to buy non-shunted lamp holders and remove the old ballasts, then follow instructions provided (pretty straightforward). Youtube is helpful as well. I don't think an electrician would charge too much to do this if you aren't comfortable doing it.I bought lights considered 'used - very good' condition and they all seem fine, saved about $30 doing this.

Very poor life
I purchased 12 of these in April of 2019. These are in the basement. As such they are used very infrequently. 4 of these are already malfunctioning as illustrated in the photograph. A portion of the bulb does not light. On one of these bulbs one section of the light blinks. LED bulbs typically have a very long life - many thousands of hours. These bulbs could not have a total of 500 hours at most. This is totally unacceptable for LED bulbs. Additionally the end pins on these are very fragile. I broke one pin while installing it.Update 10/05/2022: I took the time to contact Sunco, and explained the problem. Much to my surprise a woman answered the phone on the 3rd ring, and was very professional and helpful. With the Amazon order number she quickly found my order. She said that she would send to me 4 new bulbs. They arrived within a week, and all work. Although the initial quality of the bulbs is not good, I admit their customer service is stellar.
