It’s 100% dairy so yes gluten free. A few products have peppers, bacon, etc added but no grains that I’ve seen. They do sell 3rd party crackers and flatbreads that most likely are wheat products.

Q: How long before we worry if they would spoil during transit? 5 days? 7 days? Thank you!

It is packed very well with cold packs. It was still cold when it was delivered. I put the cheese in the fridge as soon as I received it. I am not certain about leaving it set for about 5 to 7 days though.

Q: What timeframe are the expiration dates after receiving?

The cheese keeps about 8 months to a year in the fridge if kept vacuum-sealed, so it does last quite some time!

Q: Do the cheeses have to be refrigerated? Want to get as Christmas gifts, but don't want to keep cheese in my fridge for 2 months. Thanks!

The cheeses do need to be kept in the fridge for best taste and texture long-term, unfortunately! They can be out of the fridge for shorter periods of time and be okay, but will become very unpleasant once they melt.
