Easy to install and very comfortable. I would of gotten an extra large though. I love how it comes with workout instructions.

Blows up very full. Follow the directions and blow up, wait 24 hours and blow up a little more. Very sturdy and worth the price.

Easy to put together
I’m not the best person at understanding how to put things together by the picture but this was pretty easy to understand. I am 39 weeks pregnant and really love the feel of the ball it has been very comfortable!

I absolutely love the ENOVI birthing ball! I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but it has already helped me reduce my pregnancy discomforts and be more comfortable.One of the things I love about the ball is its versatility. It can be used for many different exercises and stretches. Additionally, I’ve started using it as a chair as I find that sitting on it and bouncing gently provides relief to my lower back as well as my pelvic area.The fact that the ball is made from non-toxic and latex-free material gives me peace of mind and I found it very helpful that it came with a rope to measure and know exactly how big the ball is supposed to be, so you can inflate it the proper amount.Overall, I really recommend the ENOVI birthing ball to all moms-to-be. It's a fantastic purchase that can help you be more comfortable, provide release and help prepare for labor.
