We weren't clear on how this would integrate, and just took a chance at purchasing this because the price seemed reasonable. We have a good sized conference room and wanted to be able to have combination virtual/in-person meetings.So, we have the person presenting in the front of the room with their laptop, this camera connected to the laptop, and the 85" TV also connected to the laptop. The controls on the camera make it easy to zoom in or out and change direction, and we have the camera mounted right below the TV. This has definitely met expectations for the times we want to use this function.

I can't say enough about this company/experience! Item arrived timely. Purchased a couple of years ago, the speaker stopped working. Reached out to seller to inquire about opening it with the hopes of being able to repair. The seller advised the speaker was under warranty and immediately sent a new one. Seller advised nee speaker has a 3 year warranty! I'm so amazed at the interaction, professionalism and timely resolution. My daughter uses this set in her Cosmotology school. It's a great addition to her teaching opportunities and it would have been a great loss if we could not get a new one. Super appreciative!!!!

This camera worked exactly as expected and has been a reliable addition to our setup. The quality is solid, and it’s clear the company stands behind what they make. Picture quality is good (not great, but good enough). The zoom feature and swivel remote control works well. The camera with microphone and speaker has adequate coverage for a small to midsize conference room. Setup is not simple and requires some computer skills to get it working with Microsoft Windows 11 and Zoom teleconferencing software. However, once initial setup is done, it is easy to use. The camera only comes with a wall mount, which I had to extensively modify to make it into a stable ceiling mount, so I have optimum coverage in our conference room (which is why I rate the assembly at four instead of five stars).

Love this. Clear picture. Remote let's you zoom in but overall picture is really easy. Speaker sound on both sides is clear and everyone can be heard.

We bought this for the conference room at our office. I’m not the most technically savvy and not one to read instructions thoroughly. So I had some issues setting it up initially. I contacted customer support and they were spectacular in responding and had me understanding how to connect the device to my laptop. I was up and running in 5 minutes. The video conferencing works flawlessly and it very dummy proof.
