works great. I have karate mats and used a mop and bucket for years. This machine works great and only takes me 8 minutes to clean my mats.it use to take me over 45 minutes. Easy to use and came well packed. I got the white circle pad (soft) to scrub my mats. Each pad is good for over 1 month of use. I scrub my mats 2 times per week.

It does not work, it does not absorb dirty water, I had a job with a lot of responsibility and I lost half a day because of this machine, luckily I had a simpler one that cost a third of it and that helped me finish my work, now I have a machine that does not serve me for my cleaning jobs

The owners manual is a little confusing, but thanks to YouTube, it was very easy to set up and use ! With only 3 buttons and 2 pressure switches on the handle, that’s how you control the machine !Cleaning the machine after use is also a piece of cake with a near by floor drain !Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase !Btw, everything was included, also the floor brush !

Received a similar machine with the brand “Global” instead without any notice. Very heavy so returning wouldn’t be easy. Set up should be simple but the poorly arranged instruction book makes it confusing unnecessarily. The key thing for the suction by the squeegee to be at best is that the cover has to be tightly closed but the cover looks like it was made without care. The machine couldn’t vacuum the water at first simply because the cover wasnt tightly sealed., but instruction book didn’t stress this part anywhere. After the problem was figured out, it’s working fine now. Not too heavy to push along but still require much energy for the task. Overall, a good choice if can’t afford more expensive models.

Very pleased with the performance. Easy to useUpdate: unfortunately after 7 months of using once a week, the machine has stopped working, The repair place that Viper has sent me to, who is supposed to be gold star certified, has had my machine for 7 weeks with no repair yet. I will th8nk twice next time about buying this brand.

I love having a machine like this that is so efficient. I can do my large wine shop (tile floor) in 30 minutes. Yeah, the cord is a minor hassle but then it's thousands less than a battery operated one.Easy to assemble, simple to operate. The dirty water dump is perfect, I was concerned about this feature but it's super well designed. We don't have a floor sink so we take it outside and empty it outside.

We loved this machine when we first got it. But after 6 months of what I would call light to moderate use, it stopped sucking up dirty water. We cleaned it out in every way possible to make sure there wasn't a blockage, but alas, it remains on the DL.

This machine did not come with the pad holder nor the squeegee assembly.The advertising was very misleading.
