Needs to come with instructions
Received my kit today. While I am confident it will work.... no instructions were provided. While it may seem to be common sense, I believe guidance is needed as to how long and exactly how the cups can and should be used on your face.

it does feel like a massage for my muscles
I have not noticed a difference yet, however, it does feel like a massage for my muscles! I enjoy that! Fast shipping too!
