The Product itself is amazing!! Shipping was ridiculously bad! These come in a bag and each individual topper is fairly soft, which is good. However when they were shipped they were put in another bag, not in a box. Therefore, when they were put on the truck who knows what was put on top of them on their journey to me. By the time I received them, half of them were dust. They have to be shipped in a box! It's like buying a drinking glass and putting it in a bag with no protection around it. Anybody with half a bit of reason would understand the the glass would never make it whole to its destination.
