This is just wonderfully tasty stuff. It is not thick but not thin it has an amazingly smooth taste. I am not a water drinker yet since I have found this.. wow, I drink so much more. It's not so high in calorie and it overall seems very good for me. Very glad to have found this.

Natural Gatorade
Basically natural Gatorade. I haven't enjoyed all coconut waters, but these are a win. My husband drinks them while working outside, and my kids love them, too.

" Not cool.
a case of coconut water arrived with the box leaking and most of the containers damaged. This is apparently "unreturnable." Not cool.
