5 stars all day long! I bought one of these because a mate had one and I’m fed up with the cylindrical mobile speakers not sitting still. Pros: Looks great, this thing is so robust, I’m a dropper and I can already speak from experience that this guy’s rubbery casing is just bombproof - i feel like i could drop it off the house and it would survive (untried!!). I love the design, I love that it can stand up, lie down, whatever and also the sound goes EVERYWHERE and it is definitely a hell of a lot louder than my old JBL flip and nothing is lost in sound quality even at high volumes - you can party with this thing! I LOVE the extras that come with it: the carry bag, the carabina clip (super stylee) and the different elasticated bands: I’ve so far attached it magnificently to some scaffolding on our house that i’m working on and also to the back of my kitesurfing bag whilst i cycle to my spot and I also had it tied to a ring hook on my paddleboard whilst out at sea which is so handy and it gets pretty wet when i’m doing that with absolutely no problems - you feel very assured about the waterproofness of this thing. My girlfriend even realised you can charge your phone from it like a battery pack as it has a USB slot in it. Oh and it has a really handy noise for when it’s pairing so you definitely know that it’s available (unlike a lot of similar products). Cons… I really can’t think of one.

It IS loud, but hot as quite as punchy as I was hoping. The sounds quality is OK, but It's better through my Anker (although this isn't as powerful or loud). However we had this attached to a ground spike so it was about 1/2 a meter off the ground - about 3 meters away from our plss up in the park and it was definitely good enough for that - loud enough to hear without drowning out talking. I wouldn't recommend it - but also I'm quite proud of it.

The packaging for the blockblaster is absolute quality. Loads of gadgets to take it/hang it anywhere you could think of. The grey and green is such a cool combo. And the SOUND, literally blown back in my seat when it connected and started playing. All my base heavy tunes just took on a whole new dimension.

Before you even unpack the Blockblaster you know this is a solid piece of kit. Excellent packaging and top class accessories. All the lovely little touches, such as the Boompods branded cable tidy on the USB lead, even branding on the included carabiner. This is a solid and robust portable speaker with real punch.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely awesome speaker, i’ve been carrying this about for a few weeks to various locations and had the chance to use it on a stag weekend - it lasted the whole trip without recharging and was like a proper mini PA ! Looks great, and really well made - holds up perfectly in the outdoors. Very happy !

Charge port broke after 1 year. Unable to get in touch with company in regards to the warranty. Apart form that speaker is great however battery life does get smaller with time.

This speaker arrived really quickly and first impressions were excellent - speaker comes in a sleek presentation box which makes it a great gift. The sound quality of this speaker is seriously impressive for its size, and creates great surround sound audio with speakers on both sides. The speaker itself is very versatile with all the different ways you can fasten it to objects with the bungee and the carabiner.Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wow what a speaker, the sound quality and volume level is incredible! The speaker comes in lovely sleek packaging, has its own protective bag as well as different straps to hang/hold the speaker by. The speaker weighs nothing considering the larger size. Worth the purchase for sure and favourite speaker yet!

Above and beyond my expectations. Worth the price.

Been looking for a high quality bluetooth speaker with excellent sound and this thing definitely fits the bill! It has quality written all over it and it's got me looking at what else they make! Highly recommend!
