Exactly what I was looking for to use as napkins at an upcoming luncheon. Fortunately, I ordered several weeks ahead of time as they had an overwhelming smell when taken out of the package so I would have been out of luck if I needed to use them today. The package said "Hand wash in cold water recommended." Sorry, life is too short to hand wash bandanas so I took a chance and put them in the washing machine on the hand wash cycle (cold/cold) and then ran them through the dryer on delicate/low heat. The color stayed the same through the wash and they stayed pretty true to square. Picture shows them in the pinwheel fold which requires pretty true squares to work. They stayed a little stiff which is good for napkins, might be too stiff for other uses. So, liked them, but went with four stars due to the need to wash before use.

I ordered these "dozen" bandanas due to Covid19. I've looked in local stores and couldn't find bandanas anywhere. They're bright colors and are pretty typical bandanas. Not very thick, but I wasn't expecting them to be top shelf quality or anything.The only thing that annoys me is that I only received 11 of them. I counted, recounted, recounted again, and made my husband watch me count to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I wasn't.Now, this isn't a deal-breaker for me. I didn't really want 12 bandanas anyway. But, if you want 12 and are expecting 12, you may be very disappointed.

I machine washed and dried these camo hankies and they had no color run or undo fraying. I purchased these for use in camping and survival training. They are not designed for warmth but for covering my body from the sun or as a pre-filter for water purification, but it does offer a tiny bit of warmth if worn around the neck.As for thickness, how thick is a cotton hankie to be? It's not a blanket or a sleeping pad, it's a hankie! It's thick enough to blow your nose into without destroying it, and if you tie a couple of them together you could create a sling to rest a broken arm. 'nuf said.
