Weak and keeps opening once put on
So the massage knobs aren’t particularly strong, but I’d forgive that if it could hold relatively firmly around my neck, sadly it held together by push poppers, which come undone about 10 seconds of being put on. It is unfortunately a frustratingly poorly designed product.

An und für sich eine tolle erfindung, nur leider haben meine massage rollen nach 5 minuten massieren angefangen zu knacken. Habe es deshalb zurückgesendet, ich hoffe es war einfach ein montagsprodukt

Too large for a small framed person
Very nicely made love that it had 4 shiatsu rollers as opposed to most other ones which has only two ..had to send back because wasn't snug enough for my neck to feel the effects of the massage

Nice, but a HUGE design flaw
Yeah, overall it's not bad, but not great. It has the potential to be great, but IMO has a HUGE design flaw.I have another Shiatsu neck massager and this one pales in comparison. If you use this unit as instructed, it's nearly impossible for it to work properly. However, there are some things you can do to get it to work better (read on) -- and if you know how to use it, it can be a decent deal. Here are my overall impressions.WHAT I LIKE:-WIRELESS!: This is the absolute nicest attribute of this device and the main reason that -- despite one huge design flaw -- I am still giving it four stars. It's nice to charge this up and place it around your neck wherever you want to use it: In a chair, car, back porch, patio, etc.-SIMPLICITY: This is a one-button operation. There isn't much to this -- no heat, no different speeds and no different modes -- so it's a very simple device. Long press to turn on, short press to reverse, long press again to turn off.-THE EXTRAS: My device came with ear plugs, (what I assume are) nose plugs as well as a nighttime eye mask. I wasn't expecting those and it was a really nice and thoughtful touch.-COMFORT: While the device is quite small, the material and cushioning is pretty comfortable and feels good around my neck.WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:-BUTTONS! This is the big one and is a pretty HUGE design flaw. I have no idea why they went with clothes buttons here to close the massager. The problem is that if any amount of pressure is applied at all, they come unsnapped. And, the functionality of this device is almost entirely dependent upon pressure and getting a tight fit around your neck. Without a snug fit, the massage balls cannot apply the proper amount of pressure to your neck and you barely feel it. Had they used straps, Velcro or almost anything other than buttons, this would work sooo much better. The nice thing is, however, that there are a lot of buttons so you can fit this around just about any size neck, but it's never going to work well as-is because of the lack of pressure. What I have found that works for me is to sit in a chair or up against a wall and press the unit up against the back of the chair/wall to get some pressure on the neck. That will allow the massager to actually penetrate and massage the neck.-INSTRUCTIONS: It does tell you how to turn it on, but that's about it. I honestly wasn't even sure which way is up (I'm still not sure) because the instructions don't tell you which. I just went by what I could see from the photos on the box. That's about it. If this massager was able to be fastened by anything other than shirt buttons, it would be an awesome device and make a great gift or something to treat yourself with. As it stands, it's just a decent massager with a pretty big flaw. There are still some ways to use it that will give you a so-so massage, but it's not using the device as it's intended. Overall, I'd still recommend it, though. Just be aware of what you're getting.
