To customise your sign: After purchasing your sign please send SLATEWORKS ONLINE an message using -contact seller-; with your customisation details (e.g. I would like 35 Albert Square in Harrington font on 2 lines please). Text is not relief engraved or painted on it is surface engraved with a laser engraver. I will set the sign out the way I think looks best using Times New Roman font unless you state otherwise. Please note slate is a natural product and will vary it ranges from 3mm to 8mm thick and no two pieces will be the same which I think gives these slates their charm. The slates are cut by hand and may vary in size slightly but no more than 0.5cm. The text colour will vary from off-white to grey depending on the slate used, which is lacquered to enhance the contrast.

Love this plaque... first one came chipped... so we contacted Slateworks and they sent a new one...no questions asked just an apology for our inconvenience...the new came in perfect... very easy company to work with..
