I know this company isn't the best when it comes to zero waste because the bag has plastic on the inside. I really hope they fix it soon. But the Birch scented detergent is just the best smelling detergent I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. It's my one no no, my kryptonite. It gets the clothes clean, and leaves a scent that isn't so overpowered that people can smell you down the block with their masks on. My family has 2 members with skin disorders and so far nobody has had a reaction and we've been using it for about 2 years now. I recommend it, but also recommend writing to the company to suggest better bagging alternatives ;)

I hope that Grab Green comes up with a way to make their scents last longer than they do, because that would make this product five stars. Our washer is one of the HE kind, so after reading several of the reviews I don't toss the pods into the washer but actually cut them open and pour the powder into the tub so that there's no problems with the gel packet casing or washing powder not fully dissolving. As for the dryer sheets, they do a great job of keeping the clothing static free and soft without adding any funky stuff. I love the way the powder and dryer sheets make the clothing smell, but I wish it would last longer than just a few minutes out of the dryer.

I'm giving this a solid 2 stars just because the company seems to have the right message-First off when I pulled the bag of pods out of the box there was pod dust/granules leaking out from everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE and then the smell hit me-It's described as "warm and earthy" and it even has patchouli listed as one of the scents but this is like no patchouli/vetiver mix I have ever smelled before-It has a overwhelmingly chemical odor that rivals most standard dryer sheets found @ your local store for half the price-I would have liked to see if it worked as well as the claims but that smell...oh that smell...

I like the oak scent better, but birch is ok too. My problem is this detergent doesn't clean well enough for me. I work in a kitchen, so clothes get dirty. I use 2 pods in warm water and clothes are still greasy. The dryer sheets are trash. They're like construction paper, and do nothing for static or scent. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product.

Birch branch is my favorite version of this detergent, I usually just buy the pods but this time I decided to get the dryer sheets too. Something about the detergent and the sheets smells off to me. Much more like a commercial detergent, chemical and kind of harsh where it used to be earthy and soft. Not sure if I got a weird batch or this is a reformulation, but it’s not as good as the product I’m used to receiving.

This product seems to clean clothes well but the scent does not transfer after drying. I used 2 pods & 2 dryer sheets with a small load. Still no smell. I bought the Birch wood scent

Soap works amazing, even on whites.Scent is amazing.

Even my husband has commented on how fantastic his clean clothes smell...I don't think I need to say any more.
