I bought these because they are one of the main ingredients in the expensive name-brand eye vitamin formulations. You can take these and a senior-oriented multi-vitamin and cover all the bases. You can check the ingredients and google AREDS2 and/or ask your doctor of course. These are also smaller and easier to swallow than the all-in-one formulations.

I have dry eyes and have tried different eye drops but still couldn't wear contacts. After using this for about 2 weeks I can wear contacts for a few hours. I hope with continued use the time will increase. Easy to swallow and functions at claims. Doesn't upset your stomach.

I use these daily. I used to take 40 mg. you know, more is better LOL but I since found out that 20 mg is the max you should take.
