This was a fun build and not super frustrating like some of the minis I’ve built. Don’t just make all the books at the start because they give you materials to make a lot more than will fit in. You can pick and choose what book covers you like the best though since you won’t use them all which is nice.

This took around 3–4 hours to put together with crafters glue. It looks great on the bookshelf. The biggest issue is that some of the pieces broke when I was trying to get it free from the frame. That was slightly annoying. I also had difficulty getting certain parts flush with each other.

Easy to put together, would have been better if it had come with the glue needed for the project. Lights up well, fits together snugly, was a couple of good hours putting this together!

I bought this diy kit as a gift and I have to say I was a little disappointed. It seemed fairly low quality for how much it cost. Especially since it doesn’t come with any sort of glue which is essential in a kit like this. I do think it is a fun craft but would not purchase again, especially as a gift for someone.

Great little bookshelf insert puzzle. Not a "serious miniature" in the way of actual small-scale models if anyone's a serious hobbyist. It's mostly a clever combination of some nicely vibrant and detailed printing and some careful puzzle design on what appears to be laser-cut wood. But the combination of pieces and the level of detail and illusion of depth it provides is very fun and quite impressive.Instructions are written pretty well and while it's by no means foolproof, but perfectly doable with a bit of patience if you're at all familiar with crafting or assembly by instructions. Not sure I'd recommend for kids younger than 9 but probably depends on the kid.

This is the first time I've tried one of these "book nooks" and WOW!! I'm hooked!! This "bookstore" nook is amazing! It's not for young kids to put together, it's definitely for people who love detail-oriented, time-consuming, intricate hobbies. The kit is EXTREMELY well made to precision! I'm still in the process of making each individual book, but I have assembled most of the nook and it looks fabulous. I'm honestly thrilled with this product. The directions are a little vague/odd but it was made in China so that explains that; also the pictures in the directions are small and I sometimes have to snap a photo with my phone and then enlarge it...but I'm no spring chicken anymore and it's probably just my eyesight...lol.I will definitely be purchasing more of these from this company. I very highly recommend this product!

I started to build it and the first piece is the main board or floor base that all the sides connect to and some things inside must align with. Well the main piece the floor is warped so when trying to get the 3 walls to connect to it the warp caused gaps and would not align correctly. Too bad because I really like this one and most of it is fun to build but I had the unfortunate case of get it with a warped main wood part. I tried to force it together but it was not easy. Get very strong glue and used clamps and finally was able to get it to stay together. I don't think it will last though. Starting to come apart where walls meet the floor that is warped. Wish I could get the makers to give me new one but I think little hope of that. I will contact them anyway and try. I think this Eternal Bookstore Book Nook is a great one if it is not warped you will have fun. Peace.

This is a beautiful design and it is fun to assemble. The instructions are clear and step by step and the product is sturdy! The end result was beautiful and I especially love the ocean view. I would recommend this for anyone. It looks great on my bookshelf!
