Edit: 1/14/18. A couple weeks ago the seller sent me an updated version of this eye mask. I’ll start with it’s a much better version than the last one. The first impression is it’s not nearly as stiff and uncomfortable as the previous version and I think they redid the Velcro part of the strap, which doesn’t pull your hair or poke your head like some do. The leather speaker covers are also much softer and didn’t cause my ears to hurt after extended use. That’s the good. On the downside the speaker sound is a bit tinny, but for what I use it for, who cares. Also the speakers are not adjustable and I would say I have an average size head (not that I’ve really compared mine to many others) and the speakers are behind my ears and if I lay on my side are pretty uncomfortable. One more small thing, there is a lot of space around the nose area where light seeps in and no real way to block it.Let me start by saying I really wanted to love this eye mask. The main fabric was more like canvas than anything soft and the whole mask was very stiff and uncomfortable. It really felt like one of those indestructible dog toys if you have ever held one of those. The headphones weren't really movable and the perforated covers actually hurt my ears. I wore mine for about 15 minutes and then packed it up and sent it back

After attempting to use with a Learning Strategy Corporation Paraliminal recording I discovered the speakers are wired incorrectly. The right is on the left and the left on the right. This renders the unit useless to me. Paraliminal recordings are very effective and use language specifically targeted to the left and right brain hemispheres simultaneously. As you may know, the right ear is connected to the left brain hemisphere and the left ear to the right brain hemisphere.

First off the good. These have great sound. Now the bad, they are harder then expected. I wanted them for sleeping. I cannot use them. The back, where they come together with Velcro is very hard & is like a knot in the back of my head. I really wanted to like them. I had to go back the other sleep mask I was using.

Like listen to the bible. Helps to fall back to sleep. Comfortable and leaves you in total darkness.

I plug this into my tablet and listen to ocean sounds. My husband is a snoring bear and some nights I lie awake counting down the lack of sleep I was not getting. It doesn't completely drown all noise but greatly helps.

Bought these for my boyfriend because he likes to meditate with headphones and always covers his eyes. So me finding this was amazing. He LOVES this. He's been using them every night since I got them for him.

I bought this eye mask for my husband. He loves it. It has excellent quality and is well worth the price. He has sleep issues and this mask helps him sleep better.

There ok but they would be great if they where cordless and blue tooth.
