I bought this fan 3 months ago, Looks great, quiet and easy to operate. I had an issue after one month so I had to reach for customer service. They were responsive and fixed my issue.I recommend this brand

The media could not be loaded. overall I'm pleased with the product. it was easy to install, probably took me about 30 mins to take down my old one and put the new one up.the box didn't match up exactly to the product, it showed nickel finish but did have the gold finish I was looking for. in case you have this issue, open up and take a look first.the light is actually much brighter than the other fan I was using, which is what prompted me to switch out my fan. the light on my other fan was too dark to use as an office light.definitely like the finish and look of this one, the color options make it easy to match decor.full set of features, timer, 6 fan speeds, multi color lights, able to modify brightness, reverse fan blades, really has everything you'd need.remote control is simple and slim vs some bulkier designsi swapped the plastic light cover out for a glass one, which is one drawback. other fans have a prettier light cover.finally, their customer service is great. ive had to reach out before and theyve always responded quickly,which is what i look for in customer service.would recommend

This is a great fan, I love the brightness features, and the airflow is great for my space. When I got it, it did not contain the bulb, but I was able to contact customer service, and they sent me one right away.

When I first installed the fan, the remote didn’t work properly. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new remote control receiver which fixed the issue! A+ for customer service!! I really didn’t want to return the fan because I loved the style. This fan looks good and is easy to operate with the remote.

I bought this fan for my bedroom. I’m currently living out of state so when I got home, I installed it. It was beautiful and worked great but for only FOUR days!!! I tried to troubleshoot every possible thing to get it working again but to no avail. I tried to reach out to Amazon but they said it’s outside of its return date so now I can’t even return it for a refund or another fan. Not sure I want to even waste time reaching out to customer service as other reviews mention it’s nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and just go buy one at Home Depot or Lowe’s where you can return/exchange if there’s an issue. Looks like this one will just go in the recycling bin 😑

Excellent fan, very well constructed, silent motor and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend the product and vendor. Very impressed. Bought four more fans for every room in the house. Can’t beat it.

El proveedor sin mas tramite que el de narrar este hecho, me mando los repuestos.Yo habia tratado de contactar a sofucr (marca) y no podia resolver el temaUna felicitacion por tres cosas:1.- Todos mo "chulean" los ventiladores por ser esteticos y modernos2.- Nada de ruido y muy buen flujo de aire3.- El servicio postventa es, por decir lo menos, excepcional

I am very sensitive to noise so searched high and low for a bedroom ceiling fan. THIS IS IT! Low profile, gorgeous quality, powerful (moves decent air) and very very very quiet. I chose the one without a light b/c I read some reviews that if the fan is on, some dim light comes through even on the “off” light setting so….. that was a deal breaker for me since I like my room DARK when sleeping.If you want a high quality fan, great air movement, low profile and quiet … but this one.

Me encantaron. Son muy bonitos y de instalación super rápida. Buen aire aunque en la máxima velocidad no esperes algo extraodinario pero si alivianan mucho. Yo los compre en un muy buen precio pero veonque han subido su costo.

Beautiful wood blades. Modern look - just what we were looking for. Electrician installed - had no problems he was impressed with the product. Only disappointment- price dropped just after we received it. Would have liked it if they adjusted the price for us.
