These are a staple for me for keeping bloating/puffiness under control! I've tried other brands but don't get the same results.

I bought these for an upcoming vacation. I always bloat when I travel ... makes the first few days miserable. These easy to swallow pills did help with getting rid of the water retention I was holding on to. I would say to take two, as I didn't notice much of a difference when I just took one. Definitely makes you have to go to the bathroom! I keep these on hand for whenever I travel!
