Very Good product , Not for gaming , but terrible service
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for productivity works .- Color accuracy is good , bezel less design is perfect.- USB type C hub works fine ,- Have 4 inputs :- type C with charging , DP, HDMI1, HDMI2.- Inbuilt speaker is of no use ( just like all monitors )Single wire thunderbolt connectivity for mac-books can be achieved, if keyboards and peripherals are connected via Monitor USB hub .The problem started after 1 month , image ghosting started happening on playing videos with dark backgrounds . Some time severe image retention happens.The warranty process of lenovo is horrible . First of all they will connect on video call to see the issue , and will blame the user like :- 'May be wire is faulty" , May be the PC is faulty" , they even said that the video have ghosting effect .( See the attached video )After video call they will ask you the submit some proofs of the issue , which they will reject 2-3 times .Once the proofs are accepted , they will force you to replace the monitor with a inferior model ( 27q-10 instead of 27-q20) .saying that they have inventory issue .My advice if you are purchasing this monitor just assume that there is no warranty on it .

No USB C cable , difficult assembly display ok
Got a 27 inch monitor to connect to new laptops with USBC. took time to assemble as the screws were not going in right. Was extremely disappointed, that the box did not contain the " 1 x USB Type-C Cable (1.0 m)" that has been mentioned in the product description.The monitor display is ok on HDMI (which i am never going to use). Wanted to see display on usbc which is more modern way to connect. Why does lenevo want us to buy a separate usbc cable for charging+displaythe return process in Amazon is also getting painful. instead of a straightforward return, I was told that "backend team will investigate" and after that I have to reach out to them on 21 Sept to find out what happened to return.
