I’m not going to bash this product, but they definitely sent me a used one. It has a big red mark on the side and some scratch marks inside where you put the food. It took forever for me to set it up because of my internet connection but in the end I think it was due to something on my end. Once I got it set up it works well and the app you use with it is great. So I’m not mad but disappointed that I got a product that was probably returned and not in the condition it should be in.

Delivery was quick and safe. It was super easy to set everything up, and I am so happy with this purchase!My old feeder stopped working after two years of use. I was looking for an upgraded one with cameras so I can check my cat when I am not home. This Owlet Home smart feeder has everything I need and is within my budget. Now I can schedule feeding time and decide the amount of food dispensed each time. The live video and audio are clear and sound. The pre-recorded voice message feature is fun to use. I also like that it allows using batteries as a backup when there is a power outage (it happens in SoCal every summer). So far, everything works just perfectly, and my cat seems to love it too.Tips: Make sure you put the device where it has strong Wi-Fi signal.

This product has helped me tremendously! It has provided so much stress relief and entertainment to my life. My only issue is that the motion sensor is too sensitive & is alerting when nothing is there.

We have been looking for a smart feeder that takes care of the need of our kitty while we are away from home. Owlet home smart automatic pet feeder solves our problems in many ways!1. it's so straightforward and easy to use, assemble and clean. The stainless parts are removable and can be rinsed with water.2. Free app!! Other home monitoring apps would require monthly fees but not this one. That alone saves long term cost. We enjoy a lot calling our kitty remotely and feeding him when he comes to the feeder. :D3. Family sharing. Not only one family members can access the realtime video. This is such a rewarding upgrade!We feel so much more at ease while away from our lovely pet. We are so thankful for it!!

Update: its been 2 days and owlet already have the part shipping to me , got to say this has been a really good experience with their customer service and deserve the 5 stars i just gave them , so far the unit has been solid feeding on time and all , i definitely recomend it . Got it today , cable died 1 min into setup , borrowing a cable from another item to get feeder going , easy to set up and use , took me 3 min to set up , only downfall right now is the defective cable and I'm waiting on owlet to respond and hopefully replace cable only , then I will give it 5 stars.

It did spent me a little bit time to figure out installation and connecting the feeder. But it is very convenient to use after everything is set up. The quality of the pictures are very clear. And sensor for movement is sensitive! Love it!

I followed the instructions exactly and could not get this to connect to my iphone bluetooth or wifi after 20 tries and 1 hour of trying. I tried everything from resetting the phone, the product, reinstalling the app, contacting troubleshooting, to restaring the router everything. Follow the instructions to a T. I am not a noob to technical things, I literally do IT for a living. This product is junk. The app sucks. Also they have so many mispellings of simple words in their instructions that it just shows how little time they put into their products. I knew going in that others had a hard time connecting to wifi, but I was ok with that as long as it eventually connected and it did not.

The media could not be loaded.  Product came used with crumbs still in the container and it STUNK.
