20# box Sodium sulfate ($29.99) arrived in western WA sodden under current atmospheric river. I thought it was all ruined as I initially probed the bags and they felt like a viscous gel. After stewing in disappointment for a few minutes I fully opened the package and noticed a sturdy large plastic bag inside and tied closed that I assumed must have had a cut or tear because it was covered in drops/droplets/vapor and the contents seemed soaked. As I wiped it down and untied it I was surprised to find all of the water had been on the outside and the inner bags seemed dry. When I checked them individually I realized that the heavy sealed inner bags with the very fine powder had fooled me into assuming I was feeling gel but the inside of the larger bag and the four 5# sealed bags were completely dry and intact in spite of soaking inside the sodden outer box. There were still 2 layers of protection keeping my NA2SO4 anhydrous! Duda Energy made a great first impression on this customer.

It came in five-lb bags, and I was able to build a very functional phase change heat sink.

I used this on my brand new lead acid batteries as directed by a post I found online somewhere by some guy's website: Turquoise Energy. Equal small amounts in each cell carefully weighed put in a brand new battery. Then you need to trickle charge extensively to get full effect. My cheapest walmart lead acid starter battery is a now a super battery that holds a charge much better than a regular lead acid battery.
