These suspenders had thin straps and were more suited to a boy than a man.

These fit nicely, are comforfable, and are easily adjusted. If you only want them to wear for a short tme and not be working, they are fine. If you intend to work in them while sweating, be warned the findings RUST! I bought them because I'm losing weight and don't want to spend money on clothes until I get to my desired weight. This summer I've been without air condoning in North Carolina, so have been perspiring freely. My suspenders RUSTED. I've had to replace them because they stained my clothes. I'm hoping the new ones will not rust.

Too narrow, clips don’t hold enough

I wanted real suspenders for my skirts. Perhaps a stronger younger person could make them work... I can't.

This is my third pair. First one lasted about 7 times, 2nd pair broke when I put them on the first time. This is # 3. I’ll see how many times I get to wear them. The elastic is soft, which I do like. I just wish the clips were stronger. UPDATE: Feb. ‘23: used about 10 times, still working well.

I bought these for work. I work as a cook in a large kitchen as the only woman in the kitchen. Most of my pants have no belt loops so rather than go and get them all altered with belt loops I got a few of these. I have never worn suspenders before but I must say, wow, what a difference. Belts are always so uncomfortable and bulky. Even the belts that are not big just last a month before falling apart. With these on I don’t have to worry about my pants falling down and don’t even really notice them. Far better than a belt and they hide easily under my chef jackets. No problem.Update: After wearing them for a month I have to change my rating. I bought three of these and the first one broke in the first coupe days. The other two work fine except one started snapping off. Which is very uncomfortable as it will hit me hard in the back. One time it hit me in the back of the head. Very painful.Other than that they work great.

My husband loved these because there is only one clip in the back, and he clips it right over the belt loop. His other suspenders with two clips, were always coming unclipped when they came in contact with the back of a chair. These have never come unclipped. He also loves the “patriotic” look.UPDATE 10/7/22– ALREADY BROKEN—DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The suspenders are perfect. The process of receiving them was challenging. I received a notice they couldn't be delivered though they were at the post office. Frustration & unnecessary stress.

The clip on the back broke during the first use, not recommended.
