If you know what your doing this can be a great little camera.
Judging by the other reviews I wouldn’t trust it in a pool. I’d say it’s more splash proof than a swimming camera. That being said I didn’t buy it to be a underwater camera, I just wanted something for my 4 year old niece that was durable but not just a toy. And I feel like it does a good job. Make sure you go into the setting and turn up the quality and image size or your going to get like a 3mp photo. It’s a pretty easy fix. I bought a memory card and a iPhone memory card adapter ($14 total) and it makes uploading incredibly easy. The photos look much better on a iPhone or computer. The display on the camera isn’t as good as the photo quality. Photos below were uploaded from the camera.

Poor picture, flash, and sound
I know that this product is relatively inexpensive; however, there are flaws that cannot be overlooked. The picture color is poor. There is a blue haze in most of the picture. When taking video, there is a sound that is like an old style movie projector that is superimposed. I do not think that it's a feature :-/ Finally, unlike the flashes on mobile phones, this flash has to charge, which is not conducive to children. The flash also totally washes out the picture.

Very nice compact underwater camcorder
Very nice compact underwater camcorder. Lots of fun with water play, my son plays it every time when taking shower, and going to swimming pool. Nice build and nice photo quality taking.

Bad customer service on the company's part
My grandson just had the chance to use in an indoor pool. Camera completed filled up with water. And since it was ordered back in November for a Christmas gift I have missed the date to return it. Bad customer service on the company's part.

It is funny!
The media could not be loaded. It is funny when I take some photos under water. Camera works well. But lens can not focus objectes. Anyway, it still is a good gift to children.
