I like the product it's clean very well

Excellent performance, and the Detect system is superb and really highlights where the debris is.Also, the On/Off button rather than a trigger that needs to be held on during operation is very convenient.It is an expensive machine, but as with most things, you get what you pay for and in this case the V12 is well worth the cost.

Convenient to use it.Helpful for dust remove at home.

As described - great product. Only downside for heavy vacuuming people - the battery stays max 25 mins in auto mode.

انا عمري 60 وربه منزل منذ 45 سنه كل شغلي تنظيف البيت وجربت مكانس كثيره ولكن مثل هالمكنسه العجيبه من دايسون لم ارى من قبل انها ثوره في عالم التكنولوجيا مع انها صغيره الحجم ولكن ادائها رائع تلتقط حتى الجزيئات الصغيرة من الغبار استغرب كيف ان السجاده والارضيه كانت فيها هذه الكميه من الاوساخ والاتربه...لانها سهل للاستخدام لاحاجه ان تجري السلكDyson للاستخدام ...احبها كثيرآ واشكرك جدآ جدآ .

Ok product

I bought it few months ago, suddenly it stop working. I couldn’t get warranty from Dyson because they said it’s not an authorized seller. I couldn’t find the seller contact and not even get help from Amazon.So disappointed

I have small studio and still it wouldnt be more 3 time to use be fore charging it again
