Elite Resistance Bands and Exercise Bands with Door Anchor, Cushioned Handles, and Ankle Straps by StrongFitt

I was so excited to get my resistance band set so I used it immediately. Upon opening the package it comes with 4 loop bands and 4 tube bands. Each band and loop has a different weight (light, medium, heavy and Xtra heavy) I thought this was great since I am a beginner and I had options on where I wanted to start. I should also mention the hand and ankle straps. They are easily connected to the tube bands via a D link. I also tried the door stopper to do some back exercises and surprisingly it held very well. My only wish is that the resistance bands were wider. They tend to roll up when you put them on your thighs. But they're still usable. You just have to readjust them from time to time. Overall its a great product.

Pandemic shut down my workouts and I was stuck for a few months until I saw an online ad with these. After research, I ordered. I use these ALL THE TIME. Great workouts - arms, chest, shoulders, legs, core, abs....get a balance ball and a yoga mat and you're set. I have a few 30 minute routines I do and can see (and feel) the results.Here's a tip....you can use multiple bands together to increase weight and resistance.

First of all, let me say that I'm glad I purchased these the day I did. I ordered them when they were 19.99. The very next day, they increased the price to 39.99. That's crazy.Ok, so now about the product:I'll start by saying, I LOVE the tube bands. The handles are great. The carabiner clips are strong and work very well. The door anchors are among the best I have seen. I have had them for a couple weeks now and have already seen an improvement just using the bands every other day.That being said....I absolutely hate the loop bands. They are flimsy and roll up a lot. I have polyester bands that work much better. However, as much as I love the tube bands, the handles, the door anchors and the ankle straps, I'd say this was well worth the $20 price tag.

I can't believe all I got. This is a lot of equipment for a small price. I just started using this today. I just love them. I am 75 years old and just wanted to stay mobile. I can walk but this will take care of all of the other exercise's I need to do. I will use these forever. Each one looks well made. Not cheap I would buy this again, but I do not think I will have too.

So far so good! It seems like a quality product. I like that I have all the resistance choices available. I am looking forward to taking trips and being able to workout where ever I go. Packing dumbells makes the suitcase way to heavy. I keep a band at my office for lunchtime workouts and the rest at home. The carrying case is great. It would have been nice if there were a few starter exercises included, but there are a ton of workouts on the internet!

The media could not be loaded.  This set is of the Highest Quality and quantity and with the 5 different resistant bands they will take you from a beginner level all the way to advanced. They can be stacked giving you a resistance of 150 lbs. The lowest is 10 lbs which is great for those just starting or recovering from an injury or surgery. The hand grips feel very nice in your hands and changing the bands only takes a few seconds. I hope this review and video help with your decision.

Haven’t gotten much use yet, but they look and feel top quality. The upon opening the box; bands are individually wrapped, the tubes are nicely coiled together, and everything looks clean and packaged well in the bag. He quick start guide is helpful. I was surprised that each tube has its own pair of clips, so you can use multiple at once, and plenty of spares if you lose one. Overall very satisfied, a fraction of the cost of anything name brand, same exact thing tbh. Good luck!

Instructions on safe set-up and use are greatly needed! It is borderline irresponsible to sell this kind of equipment without. However, the quality seems to be pretty great. As another consumer mentioned, I will Google/YouTube for instructions and exercises.
