OmneDiem Drink HD Dietary Supplement: Natural Histamine Neutralizing & Digesting Enzyme – Diamine Oxidase DAO, 20 Capsules

I can not drink wine without these. Takes away, flush, congestion and headache. I wish they made a bigger bottle.

So I've tried giving this a solid try but I kept getting sharp brain pains & headaches lasting all day including muscle weakness. I thought it was all due to my histamine intolerance. This stuff is supposed to really help with histamine so I didn't think it was this causing it. I was starting my second bottle before I put 2&2 together & my nutritionist said stop taking it immediately! The "other" ingredients specifically microcrystalline is absolutely horrible for histamine intolerance & mcas!!! as soon as I stopped taking it within 24 hrs brain pain & headaches & muscle weakness completely went away. It's unfortunate that all of their products have microcrystalline. An expensive wine histamine block that has an ingredient that causes mcas & histamine symptoms.

For some reason Omne Diem will not disclose their third party testing CoAs for any of their products. Seems super sketchy since it's standard practice for any reputable supplement company these days. It took a few tries to get into contact with them, but they eventually responded and denied to release any information. I would be very cautious about consuming these. As for the efficacy of these pills, they definitely work better than the Seeking Health brand. Just wish they would be more transparent with their products.

I have used the regular Diem DAO for years. This HD version is a lifesaver for dinner out with drinks. It works quickly and at a 50% higher dose is very effective. I carry it at all times in my purse. The tube is very handy.

I would request a refund but this product is not eligible.It looks used.

I had a horrible reaction and only tried a small amount. It burned my stomach and caused a headache. The next day I was having my wheeze/chest reaction in a store. Super sensitive to things. I have to disagree with the other reviewer that said reactions aren’t possible….ummm with MCAS anything is possible!! I think we know our bodies! If you read the other reviews for their other dao product by this company the same thing happened to a lot of people too.
