Total junk! We purchased 2 at the same time. Plugged them in - no lights, no power. Dealing with the seller for refund was painful. The seller wanted me to return the items by post TO CHINA at my expense. I worked with Amazon customer service to receive our refund.

Excellent drill nail. It has a different design than the usual drills on the market, and smaller in size, but powerful. I am satisfied

6/28/2023. The unit works fine, does a good job, happy with purchase.6/8/2023 Update review. I found the customer service information in the box, and I reached out to them concerning the issue. They did in fact resolve my issue. The product works fine. It is not as good as the ones in the nail salon, but it gets the job done, and the attachments are easy to use.Got this on January 5th, 2023, but did not get around to trying it until today. No Power. I plugged it in and got nothing. I tried three other outlets to make sure it wasn't a bad outlet on my part. Still no power. A few times the board lit up for just a moment, and then nothing. The return time and support time have passed. I read the reviews and this was not one of the complaints, so not sure if I just got the dud, or they just are not worth it. I will try another brand, and not wait so long to try it out.

Arrived with US plug, plugged it into adaptor, machine doesn't work. Return label is in Chinese. Tried to send it back to Chinese address. Item found its way back to me again months later having never found its way to Chinese sellers.
