Pregnancy Bath Salts Lavender 3LB

I'm 38 years old 9w pregnant with my second baby. I had the worst body aches with my first and I wanted to be prepared with this one. One of my pregnancy symptoms is a feeling that my skin is bruised from head to toe. The slightest pressure feels like pressing on a bruise. It lasts for weeks in the beginning. But then the relaxin sets in and all my joints feel loose and like they're constantly hyperextended. And of course there's the restless legs. I finally got around to taking my first bath with this soak. It smells nice and isn't overwhelming. The flakes dissolved quickly and I was left with a soft and silky feeling all over. I had such a nice restful sleep after and wasn't tossing and turning due to the typical pregnancy aches and pains. And no restless legs either. I'll definitely be buying this in bulk. My ONLY issue with the product is the packaging. I opened it and the part of the bag that's supposed to be resealable separated from one side of the bag so it's no longer resealable. But that's what they make bag clips for so it's not a deal breaker. I 100% recommend this!

The whole bag was opened inside the Amazon bag and spilled all over my other products.

I filled a soaker tub 1/4 full and poured 1 cup of this bath soak product at 8pm. I relaxed in thr tub for 35 to 40 minutes and found myself drifting off in my thoughts. The scent is not over powering after dissolved in the water but if you are just smelling it out of the bad, the scent is stronger. It has a light lavender scent and I wish the lavender scent was stronger. I believe I smell the sea salt more like you are at the ocean. I could sense myself being calmer and after I got out I felt my muscles a little more relaxed. I do have a water softener system for the entire house so my water is filtered but I found my hands felt tight. The rest of my body was not dry or tight just my hands for some strange reason.Pros1. After tearing the bag properly, I noticed the zip lock portion was damaged so I was unable to re-zip it, so I took a zip lock bag to contain the rest of the product.2. The price for the quantity is the saving grace here - it's currently less than $15 for 3 pounds of Dead Sea salt and magnesium flakes.The packaging does not look like it does on the product page. Instead, mine arrived in a plain white bag with askew product stickers attached to the front and the back. Then, when I first opened my bag, the inner zip pieces in the top that are supposed to make the bag resealable were already unattached (see photo). This packaging reminded me of something that I'd see when buying local bath products at a craft / art festival. My curiosity brought me to this company's website. The website reveals that this is a family-owned business and that all of their products are organic (great details that are not included on the product page). Because I was purchasing this for myself, the packaging was not a deal-breaker for me (though I will lower my score 1 star) as it would have been if I intended to gift this item.The bath salts smell lightly of lavender in the bag (I did not smell much after it was in the water). The product itself is exactly as expected: a bright white combination of Dead Sea salt and magnesium flakes (which supports skin health and aid in relaxation and tension). The product recommends using 1-2 cups, I used 1 cup as I usually do. The product dissolved nicely and my skin was softer for using it.

I really like this bath soak, I got this for my daughter because she is pregnant and I thought it would be good for her to use. This smells really amazing and I love the smell of the lavender oils they put in this. This is a really big bag so you should be able to use this for a while. I used this also and I loved how relaxed I felt after I used these. These are great for helping with sore muscles and are gentle on the skin. It didn’t irrate my skin at all. They dissolve quickly in the water and smell really nice. I like that it didn’t dry out my skin or leave it itchy after using. This is a very relaxing bath that’s good for your skin and muscles. My daughter said she loved how it helped with her sore legs and cramps she sometimes gets, she said she felt so relaxed after using and still likes using it to help with her skin. The only problem we had was it wouldn’t stay closed, the zipper part broke so we had to fold it down. Overall, we really like this product and would recommend!!
