Simply Amazing
I have vast experience spanning 20+ years with numerous different brands of ratchets from no-nome cheap dollar store to Snap-On and now NEPROS. I can confidently say, beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is by far the best ratchet I have ever used! Silky smooth, almost zero back-drag, feels fantastic in the hand, well balanced, and just plain beautiful.

Nearly the perfect ratchet
The backdrag the quality of the Chrome, the butter silky smooth gears.. makes for an incredible ratchet. Very happy I purchased.. I wish I had every ratchet they made..

Most beautiful half inch ratchet I've seen
Most beautiful half inch ratchet... I'm sure it can break something hard loose but I believe using a breaker bar box wrench or impact whenever possible... In rare cases will you need to get to a hard to reach nut or bolt that's over torqued with this... So if it's just going to sit most it's life might as well look pretty. But like I said I'm sure it's got the stuff to take some weight on the Internals. KTC makes quality and really good looking tools. Recommend pairing this with some stubby sockets.

Well made, grip area a bit narrow for larger hands
Well made, though I found the area at the end of the handle between the black rubber band at the end and the concave groove where the handle tapers off a bit too small for my hands. I typically wear a men's size large leather work glove and use XL size latex or nitrile disposable gloves.Someone with smaller hands might find this tool very comfortable to hold.

Love this ratchet
This ratchet feels like a million bucks. The shape is fantastic and the mechanism is smooth and solid. Better tolerances and far better finishing than Snap On. Really impressed.

Superb quality ratchet
I bought the 3/8”version and liked it so much I had to try the 1/2”- It performs better than I could have hoped for. 10’s in all categories! A real work of art as well, a true mirror polish finish on the entire tool!

使えばわかる精度の高さ！
ギヤ数が多いので、多少狭くてもハンドルが動けば締める、緩めるが可能！ただ…重さに慣れが必要かなぁ(⌒-⌒; )

頭が少し厚めです
持った瞬間重さに驚くと思います。メンテナンスキットがあるためずっと使えるものではありますが価格を考えると他メーカーで壊れて買い替えて運用するのと大差ないと思います。あとは頭の厚みがトネより3ミリ程度厚いのでギリギリの取り回しをしてたところは入らなくなります。空転トルクが軽いのとギア数が多いのが特徴ですが1/2でそんなの必要か？っていう疑問があります。

ちょっとお尻が重いけど。
使用感は全く問題ないです。しいて言えばお尻が重いのと、スナップオンと比較するとラチェットギヤ部の音が箱鳴りのように大きいです。
