Miner Themed Advent Calendar 2022 Toys - 24 Days Countdown Calendar Building Kit Including 29 Characters Figures, Surprise Christmas Gifts for Kids and Fans

I purchased two of these advent calendars for our kids who are very into Minecraft. I took a gamble on these as there are no reviews and the seller doesn't have related products with good reviews. The boxes are definitely off-brand, don't expect the production quality or packaging quality of the LEGO calendars. I opened up the side of the box to make sure these matched the product photos on Amazon. The pieces look fine and there's more than 24 baggies, so it feels like there's enough here to justify the price. That said, I noticed the tray in the box was placed upside down, so the daily doors on the box wouldn't work to get you to the toy... I took the tray out to flip it over and reincert into the box and noticed the tray had more pieces than would fit in the slot and some of the days got mixed up and the box was buldging in places. Since I got two of these I wanted to make sure our kids opened the same toy on the same day to limit arguments, etc. When I opened the second box I also found the tray to be upside down, but the daily toys were not in the same order at all. It's not a big deal, but something you'd want to check if you're buying for two kids and want them to be the same toys on the same days.Other than the packaging issues this seems to be a reasonable option for kids who want Minecraft LEGO advent surprises and won't mind an off brand option.

I initially bought this thinking it was an official Minecraft calendar, but then after purchasing I was super dubious when I saw that the description was actually ‘miner themed’. I thought it was going to be super knock off like. It arrived today and I was totally expecting this to be terrible and having to return. I took it out the packaging to make sure that the pieces behind each advent window were in fact ‘Minecraft like’, and surprisingly enough, they really are. Now these characters are all Legos, so behind each window is a little baggie with Lego pieces, but they all look like legit Minecraft pieces. My little girl loves Minecraft AND legos, so this is a win win for us. So basically TLDR….even though this is not ‘official’ Minecraft, it looks just like the real deal and I am 100% happy with my purchase :)
