This is a rare 1997 Tiger Woods rookie stamp sheet. Only 1900 were made and this is truly a collectors item. Please note the top 3 stamps are usually graded and sold separately. You can find these all over the internet but not many as part of the original Leading personalities of the 20th century stamp sheet.
