Great arm, especially for the price
Great arm, especially for the price. The positioning capabilities of the arm are excellent, and I love the easy remove/replace monitor attachment. You attach the plate to the monitor and there is a locking piece that slides into a U-shaped hole on the arm so that you don't have to mess around with installing the arm with the monitor on it, or doing some awkward thing to attach the monitor after you have the arm in place. Since it locks, you can actually turn the monitor upside down, although you probably wouldn't want to do that.I have a 23" HP LCD on this, and I switch it between portrait and landscape mode in a 3 monitor setup depending on what I'm doing, and it is fluid, the tension adjustments are just right to support my frequent movements, and unlike another arm I bought at the same time, there is very little bounce in it when I'm typing. All around a good pickup.

Not as sturdy as I wish it was
Not as sturdy as I wish it was. But then I hooked it up with a big 24" Dell monitor from 6 years ago. (LCD but pretty massive).Beware, you need two people to install it. As the hatch to clip the screen in place will move under you if you try by yourself.

Superior monitor arm for a low price
This is as good of a product as I expected. PriMount's prior model was rated highly, and it was mentioned that it could hold a higher weight than the suggested limit. Not sure if that is true with this model, but it was encouraging when buying into this one. I also noticed that they changed the bracket corners based on one of the reviews they received on the former model. That's the sign of a good company right there. This is the first monitor arm I've owned, and I can say that I'm very pleased with this after a day of use. You are supplied with a clamp for the table or for a drill-in option. Once you loosen the bolts around the joints it moves effortlessly side to side. I haven't bothered loosening the up-down arm since I want it to be as high as possible. My old monitor has a 75x75 VESA, and due to the monitor's constraints (can't fit the entire bracket inside), some longer screws would have been useful. They aren't screwed in as far as I'd like, but it seems to hold fine for now. With all the money I saved buying a quality monitor arm at a cheap price, a trip to Lowe's isn't a big deal.Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality, adjustable monitor arms for a good price. Most monitor arms are just a pole with a stick coming off that your monitor attaches to. This is a big step above its competition and should be recognized for it.

NIce, reasonable price but problem...
This product is very nice in look and very reasonable in price. The bad thing is I can't rotate the arm and neck even after loosening the bolts. I think I get a bad one. It's a very nice swinging mount with arm, though. I would give 5 stars, if it works as expected.I returned the bad one.Because the design is beautiful so I reordered a new one. The new one works as expected so I rate this 5 stars. Highly recommended. It's solid, high quality and nice looking.

Works great for 32" Samsung monitor!
Ordered a second PriMount arm because these worked so much better than the pink (non gas spring) tension arm I initially had from a different brand. 27" Samsung monitor on one arm and 32" Samsung monitor on the other. They work great and I love how easily I can flip my monitor vertically if I wish. A+ product at a great price!

For the price this is very nice. I purchased two for 32inch curved monitors
For the price this is very nice. I purchased two for 32inch curved monitors. They were easy to set up. Only pointer is to position the lower arm if necessary before putting on the mounting parts, otherwise you'll have to take it off to do it. Other than that I've had no issues. I'll post pictures soon.
