Has a lot of glitter.
I haven’t found a pencil eyeliner yet that doesn’t smudge. This one is a little better than most, but the line I draw under my eyes gets creased and smudged at the end of the day. Also, too much glitter in the color. I end up with glitter all over my eye area a few hours after applying.
