I found zero relief from these. They simply added to my discomfort and made my skin crawl in discomfort. They might be nice on a boat ride or something where you aren't beginning by feeling queasy... but adding a new smell and texture when you're already feeling like heaving Jonah isn't a great plan.

Bought these for nausea in the first trimester and they worked wonders! Also good for on a plane! They won't take away really bad nausea if it's already here BUT if you use them ahead of time or in the beginning stages they are fantastic

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 these things are so small that they cut off the circulation. I measured my wrist at 6.25" so ordered these to make sure they would fit and they don't. The size they say they fit is wrong and they're not eligible for return so I'm eating the cost for rubber bands. Don't buy not worth wasting ypur money or time.

This product can only be used up to two weeks before the scent diminishes. Could not return even though it was never opened.

Both of the bands snapped immediately upon putting them on my wrist. They are cheaply made and I would never purchase again.
