Great balloons made a lovely arch for a glow party. Sorry photo doesn't show them glowing but they did when it got dark!

Didn't glow in the dark and nothing neon about them. Awful quality, kept bursting as we tried to blow them up.

This product did not glow in the dark (which was the sole reason it was bought). Disappointing considering the price.

The balloons are definitely not neon and did not glow even 1%.

When inflating balloons the Patern comes off. Poor quality balloons. Would not recommend these ones

Very strong paint smell
Do they glow under UV light? Yes. Do they have a very strong paint smell? Also yes. So much so that I open ed the bag on a friday and the following Monday morning when I wanted to blow them up I still smelled the paint though thankfully not as strong. I used an electric balloon pump to blow them up. I definitely would not advise putting your mouth on these balloons to inflate them.

Not enough to make the garland pop easy but looked amazing
They pop from static and easily, so don’t blow them up very big, would have been nice if more came in package as it wasn’t enough to make the garland. But they the ones that didn’t pop looked amazing and glowed perfectly.

Very Thin
The balloons were very thin and popped much too easily, so it sounded like gun shots going off throughout the room.
