Convenient, delicious, breakfast-boosting, travel-friendly, long-lasting.
I absolutely love this golden milk super blend! I've been mixing it with either almond or oat milk, and it's become a staple in my morning routine. I simply add a spoonful to 8 oz of milk, mix well, and enjoy. The taste is fantastic, especially if you're accustomed to the flavor of turmeric. It's smooth and creamy, making it a delight to drink. Personally, I didn't enjoy it as much with water, but with almond or oat milk, it's delicious. One of the best parts is how it helps me break my fast in the morning. After about 10 minutes, I feel ready to tackle my regular breakfast. Plus, the convenient bag packaging makes it perfect for travel, and I've had no issues with TSA.Another bonus is that the bag lasts over 15 days of daily use, making it a great value for the price. Overall, I highly recommend this golden milk super blend to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient way to incorporate turmeric into their daily routine.

Delicious golden milk
I love this golden milk, it’s delicious when mixed with nut milk. I use cashew almond protein milk. YummySome people are concerned with the warning about lead. Unfortunately this is only an issue by California standards; I love California, but they have gone overboard with their labeling guidelines, really kind of crazy. I personally think the company did an excellent job of addressing the customers concerns. I’ve reposted it here for convenience sake. I would not hesitate to reorder this product. Also some said it doesn’t dissolve well, I don’t have this problem maybe because I use one of those little battery operated frother shown in the pictureTo help put this in context, fruits, vegetables, grains, animal proteins and even drinking water, all naturally contain some levels of the lead higher than 0.5 mcg. In fact, many “healthy” choices like turnips, apples, artichokes, carrots, cucumbers, green beans, spinach, brown rice, almonds and other nuts contain measurable amounts considerably higher than the artificial limits established in Prop 65. Why? Plants absorb metals and other trace chemicals from the soil in which they’re grown. Detectable levels don’t require that the plant was grown in dirty, polluted soil. Whether the soil is certified organic, or conventional, and regardless of whether the plant is organic or genetically modified, lead is naturally found in most fruits and vegetables at levels that commonly exceed Prop 65 limit of 0.5 mcg. In fact, the State of California’s own studies of soil, from 70 different locations established that most vegetables averaged four times the Prop 65 lead limits. However, you won’t see Prop 65 warning labels on those foods because these levels have been established as naturally occurring and the food producers are not required to provide Prop 65 warnings."

Seems to help with chronic inflammation and joint pain
Good way to get turmeric. While the flavor is very sharp, it is nice (hot or iced) in milk, coconut milk or almond milk. (I tried it in coconut water once and it was super gross!)I have it first thing in the morning, and it gives a healthy spike of energy which has helped me drink less espresso. It is also very filling so I find a heavy breakfast unnecessary.Overall, my chronic joint pain decreases when I use this product.

Good taste
I have tried other golden milk, and of coarse they were bitter because that is just how the turmeric is, so I put a drop of liquid vanilla stevia in to make it better, but this one already has some in it along with many other antioxidant and noninflammatory good for you stuff! I make it with hot water and I add a 1/2 teaspoon of Chaga powder, by Vimergy, I like that brand because it is ground enough to drink without having gravels left. Then I add vanilla almond milk.I would buy it again but the Gogie brrries in it are not the healthiest thing for us as once thought, but they are nutral for blood type A .I am buying this again, it’s good and the price is better than others. And I feel it works.

Love it
I was skeptical, but this product works for me! I didn't see immediate results, but it didn't take long before my appetite reduced. I soon saw the numbers on the scale drop! PLUS, my hip pain eased. I have been using golden milk for almost daily for about 4 months and today is the first day I have not had any pain in my hip! I like hot chai tea. I put 1 TSP in the mug before adding the hot tea. It altered the taste. It was not an improvement but it but not a bad either. Just different.

This product helps!
I can tell the difference when I use this product! I am not super thrilled with the taste, I’m not one that likes spicy. But I make it into a smoothie with a banana & maybe a strawberry & drink it cold. Yum!

Very gritty
The overall flavor is good, but ingredients do not dissolve and it is very grainy and gritty. So much so that it almost chokes you when drinking it. I have to mix with spoon in between sips or it all settles at bottom and last half would become undrinkable. I will not purchase this again.

Tastes Good
I was feeling apprehensive about this tasting okay. I’m pretty picky, but honestly not only is it tolerable, it’s good! I haven’t been drinking it long enough to attest to its health benefits, but at the very least it’s a healthier option to hot cocoa for the winter season (:
