I bought this pocket radio thinking it would be great to take to the local high football game so I could listen to the radio broadcast while in the stadium. However, I ended up spending more time trying to keep the station (which is only a few miles from the stadium) in-tune rather than actually watching the game. So, after about an hour of trying to get the radio to hold a signal, I gave up in frustration. Just to make sure it wasn't another signal at the stadium messing up the reception, I tried the radio again at my house and had the same problems. To begin with, the radio barely picked up 2 or 3 stations on the FM dial (I didn't really try the AM side) and the turning wheel was very touchy. When you finally did find a station, it you moved or touched the radio, the signal would vanish into a wall of distortion. The volume level on the built-in speaker seemed to be more that adequate but the poor reception capability made the radio completely unlistenable.

Bought this for hurricane season. Then took a direct hit from Irma. Scary. But we could at least hear the news people telling us how bad it was outside as we hid in the bathroom. Then we wen outside afterwards and it was like th apocalypse. The radio did not do it justice. Here’s hoping I will never need this radio again.

Works great, perfect. For when the power goes out, your cell will be useless, or lose its charge very quickly if you can get a network radio feed, and no way to recharge. Buy a fistfull of AAAs, and I suspect it will run for weeks.

I purchase this to my wife. She like to listen to music while cooking in the kitchen. This one is really small, light weight, and can be take it everywhere, even when we out for picnic. It works well with good reception. She is happy with this small gift.

So hard to find a station the sound is awful and the material is so cheap looking😩 and the worst part I don’t have electricity and looks like will be for more than a Month for hurricane Maria 😞

Pretty costly for just a tiny radio but then I guess inflation has affected the airwaves as well. Sound is pretty tinny but I would expect that from a radio as its size

I bought this to use while driving on my route in a vehicle that doesn't have a radio. I do have to adjust for clearer stations but, I expected that. This was also a perfect go to when we recently lost power to keep up on updates.

The tuning knob is tricky to use but once you find your channel it works great. We bought it to listen to college football games that are not on TV and for news when there is a power outage.
