I am a true 9 in women’s 7 in men’s.. in this case I ordered a 7 1/2 just to give myself some extra room because I like to wear thick socks when I run for extra support... and they are still to small.. they look cool and feel great but just to small.. unless my shoes are defective I would recommend going a full size bigger

Works perfectly and it doesn't break easily super good to wear outside protect your feet.
