Ive had experience with Smart toilets or extremely high end bidets and ive also used the non-heated value ones. I have to say that Im very impressed with this unit. The hardest part of the installation for me was just the rubber grommets that go into the holes in the toilet for the seat attachment. Other than that it was easy peasy and the installation instructions are easy to follow. Theres also a youtube video which helps as well. All the functions work as advertised and the unit is sturdy and the tank holds more water than I was lead to believe by some of the reviews. For the money I would not hesitate to recommend this or buy it again. If I had to give any knocks on it or make any suggestions for how it could be better, I would say that the control unit could either be removable for wall placement or maybe just an inch or two farther away from the side of the unit to allow for more easier access to all of the buttons. The only other thing I think could be better is the lid. I think the lid is a little flimsy, but again very small gripes for the price.

I'd like to start by saying I have never been a big fan of toilet bidets, they always seemed so weird and bizarre. Well, my feelings have changed wholeheartedly. During a recent visit to a relative's house, I realized every single bathroom had a bidet. I decided to give it a try and to be honest, at first, it felt kinda weird, but not in a bad way. I ended up using the bidet all weekend and realized this is something I need at my home. After my weekend visit, I returned home and decided to purchase this bidet and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it! I installed this bidet in my guest bathroom and because of this, I haven't used my personal toilet at all. So, I've decided to purchase another one for my main bathroom, so I don't have to keep going to the guest bathroom! The warm water feels so nice and the fact that I can reduce my toilet paper usage by a ton really is appealing to me. And I will tell you, right now, it's very cold around here and sitting on a warm toilet seat is out of this world comfortable! Needless to say, I love this bidet and everything it has to offer, not to mention the great price.

I bought this 3 months ago and it still works like brand new. I also have used Toto, which is great, but so hard to deep clean. This one is very easy to clean. Also, super easy to install as well

The seat warms up, install was easy but even though I made sure the hose was able to have water flow, the seat’s sprayer won’t work. Thankfully the team is super quick to respond and is sending us a unit that will actually work today.

My wife and I both use it. Though it does take a little getting used to, it cleans really well after doing your business. The heated seat is warm without being hot. Same for the heated water. The self cleaning works well, but doesn't take the place of regular disinfecting. Child safety feature works well. I've waited nearly a year to leave this review to ensure I meant what I said. It's value is worth it.

Very happy with this purchase. I had to buy a new toilet feed line because the included adapter didn’t fit my plumbing, but no big deal. Installation was less than 5 minutes and it works great. The only negative thing I can find is the warm water tank empties really fast. I wish it did a better job at keeping the water heated for longer than it does. But other than that I’m very happy.

The bidet looks well made; the parts seem to be of high quality. I replaced my bidet of 20 years with this one. The new bidet has several functions which I don’t use. The old bidet only provided a water nozzle and air blower. Neither were adjustable. The new bidet water pressure was adjusted to the max while the air blower only allows temperature adjustment. The new bidet’s water pressure and blower force is much lower than my old bidet and barely adequate.My wife does not like the sloping seat cover as she can’t sit on it without sliding off.The bidet is easy to install, although, I initially could not get it to latch onto the mounting bracket. Notified the manufacturer/seller online using the Amazon support feature and they provided a solution within 12 hours. The mounting bracket needs a space between the hold down clamps and the front edge of the bracket for the latching mechanism to fully lock and hold the seat/bidet on the toilet. See picture.

I have been using mine for a good year now and have zero issues! It really does help reduce toilet paper usage. And if your bathrooms water can get super hot then be careful with the heat on the bidet settings~ it can get extremely hot. The reason I got my bidet was because I got my nails done and didn’t know how to properly wipe with nails, and now I can’t use any other toilet but mine, otherwise I won’t feel clean. Also during the monthly cycle, having warm water clean the area helps reduce pains. Highly recommend!!
