We bought this bike in July 2021 died Oct. 31, 2022.It served its purpose but died unexpectedly. The battery holds a charge for about 3 days of use. Use meaning 2 miles a day everyday for 1.3 school years.What went was the motor controller and the electronic board.Everything was made in China it fell under there high-quality standards....:/

We bought the $359 Ancheer 350w (without app) We did not buy the one Amazon pictured above. The intention was to get a more powerful motor than the 250w motor (Jetson Bolt) that I had which was fine for me, but not for my husband. It was practically identical to this Ancheer model except for a second brake and the stronger advertised hub motor at 350w. The manual listed this bike at 350w, so it must be true, right? I weighed in at 135lbs and he was 180lbs. These were our first electric bikes. Upon testing, we could not find any difference in power or performance between the two which was disappointing.Recently, we purchased a 3rd electric bike (Bolt Pro 350w with pedal assist) and discovered that the serial on the hub motor clearly showed it was a 350w. When we looked at the Ancheer hub motor serial number, it indicated only 250w. It was not the advertised power rating we thought we were buying and will report to Amazon. So, look for the three numbers followed by the "w" about midway through the serial number string on the hub motor. We would have acted sooner, but we just did not know what to look for being new to this electric bike business. As a note: when we first received this bike, the battery housing needed to be replaced (over torqued screws in plastic). Ancheer sent us a new casing and my husband was able to change it out himself fortunately. So that is another thing to look out for. And buy spare inner tubes. You will need them. All this being said, Have fun on these things. On flat surfaces, it just zips along. Just be prepared to duck walk on inclines especially if you are more than 150lbs.It is my hope that the "Yobido" storefront selling this model will look into this issue and do the right thing. I will re-review if they replace our Ancheer folding electric bike for the advertised model that we should have received. Otherwise, it is buyer beware as usual. I hope this helped.

I am so happy with this new bike! I decided I wanted to have a little fun and bought this bad boy. It goes a good speed and is fun for couples or friends to ride together. I love the horn! The only thing I changed was the seat I realized after riding it I was sore, now that i’ve changed it it’s perfect! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hobby or even everyday transportation!

My son really enjoyed this bike the first few weeks. Unfortunately, we have. Had some tire issues and have had to change the tubes twice already. Other than that, it’s easy to put together and we really love the bright light for night rides.

**EDIT** THE BIKE I PURCHASED WAS NOT APP ENABLED. EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID "THE ONE YOU BOUGHT WASN'T ADVERTISED AS APP ENABLED"... UMM?? YES IT WAS?? ^^^^^^This bike is a lot of fun to ride, but the only way to go faster is through the APP. Can someone please help me with that? I downloaded the DYU APP (which is supposed to work) but it won't connect to my bike. It doesn't even show up in the APP! So frustrating...Other than that it came early and in great condition.*EDIT* The battery started failing after a month of use..
