This works perfectly. Steaks, burgers, chicken and fish cook to perfection. Even a banana!! Marinated asparagus sizzles in its marinade, instead of the marinade running down through the grates. Cleans up in minutes. I've been using this every day for a month and seriously wonder how I managed for the last half century without one.

This GrillShield copper grill mat by Ease Creation is exactly as advertised. It comes with 2 xl grill mats. I included pictures of the mat in my oven and it covers the whole grate! Easy to cut to fit any size baking sheet. My wife left her mat to size so she can throw a pizza on top without it dripping. My mat will be used on my pellet grill once the weather gets nice. Cooking on the mat is about the same cook time wise as no mat. It transfers heat nicely and is non stick. Cleaning the reusable mat was easy and once dried with a paper towel, just roll up and done. Packaging was nice and even had a coupon for a chance to win a monthly $50 Amazon card. Very satisfied customer.

The first copper mat I purchased was great; so I bought another. The first mat I used over and over, it saved my grill. So, I bought it again. Last night we grilled hamburgers...when I took it out this morning to clean it it ripped apart like paper and my hands and everything the mat touched turned mettalic orange. I was shocked and very disappointed. This was the first time I used the new mat, same manufacturer, and it literally disintegrated. I'm lucky it didn't start a fire!

Love this mat! I had problems with non-uniform heat on my grill and using this mat has totally evened that out - no more overcooking on one end of the grill while undercooking on the other. Grill cleanup is now as simple as taking the mat to the sink and gently scrubbing it clean. My grill grates and heat distributor now stay clean! I now can also do small vegetables like green beans and asparagus on the grill at the same time as grilling meat. This is one of the few products that in my opinion actually works as advertised.

Really nice to use. I cook chicken thighs twice a week, prevents flare-ups, rarely does anything stick, just makes grilling easy. I bought a package of two, the first one has lasted six months so about fifty times. I consider that well worth the price. Clean up is not as easy as represented on the company's reviews. Actually had to wash in warm soapy water with a scrubbing sponge. After 3-4 months cleaning was more difficult and less than perfect though sufficient for me to continue using it. Starting using the second one today and I will buy again.

Works really good on the grill. Only thing is that it doesn't clean up like they say. It has a lot of black spots of just burner dirt that can't be removed by light scrubbing. If you scrub too hard you'll make holes in it. But you know it's for the grill and it keeps the grill clean and that's a big plus. I would definitely buy it again. I also have one in my oven. Love it. No more baked on fruit pie juices!

I like how these work on the grill unless you are cooking something that has to much grease coming out of it. The other reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the clean up. They always still have marks on them no matter what, and I don't like the fold lines that don't go away if they get bent when washing them.

Bought after reading of injuries and even A death caused by a BBQ wire brush bristle. First tried in oven for Pizza. Came out crisp! Completely NON-STICK (non-teflon) and impressive easy clean-up! Next, tried on public BBQ. No worries of other's greasy debris left on grill nor do I need to worry of those scary wire bristles left behind from the brush, that your food can pick up. This is an outstanding product.
