It would be nice if this were stuck inside the shoe rather than there cushion insert. It comes off when the insert is washed. My arches feel better.

Not comfortable
I tired it on close toed sandals and it isn’t comfortable or helpful as to what it’s supposed to do. It also does not stay in place.
